We have stayed with Marie on a number of occasions. We love the apartment which is fully equipped with a really comfortable bed , high quality bedding and towels and great shower. The kitchen and lounge has everything you will need for a really comfortable stay whilst retaining all the original features of its rich heritage. Marie is a wonderful host , very kind welcoming and attentive to all your needs .It’s a top class place to stay whilst visiting the beautiful county of Kerry . We look forward to returning next year. Located in a stunning part of the world even when weather is dull. But when the sun is out, Kerry is astounding. The guest house is ideally situated close to an airport and road quality in Kerry is excellent for driving to all the beauty spots. Marie is a very welcoming and courteous host. As she is also a local tour guide, she offered excellent advice and suggestions on where and how to get to scenic landmarks; some of which were not so obvious. The history and atmosphere of Herlihy’s bar is tangible even though it’s been converted to an excellent holiday apartment. It’s a perfect base for the wonderful experience of exploring Kerry.

Dear Marie, it was a pleasure to meet you and stay in this beautiful apartment. You have done a great job transforming your family pub into a holiday home. This place feels special and unique. And it’s all because of you! You bring so much joy and happiness to people’s life by allowing them to experience the Irish culture through history. So many people were welcomed here during the pub days and so many more will be during the new, different, unique holiday home experience.
